At CLIC Málaga, I took two weeks of Spanish classes for 20 hours per week. Level: the final part of A2. The lessons were good, taught by an inspiring and energetic teacher (Marta). However, the group was quite large: 9–11 people. As a result, the pace in class was sometimes too slow for my liking, and the classroom was also a bit cramped. There were many young people (under 25) in my group, but there were some older people in other groups, so I think it was just a coincidence. The central location is great, and they do their best to arrange everything properly. I think the value for money is excellent. I would choose CLIC again without hesitation and highly recommend it. I also booked a shared apartment for these two weeks and ended up at El Convento. It is essentially a student residence with around 20 rooms. My room had its own shower and toilet, as did most of the rooms. I thought it was perfectly fine there: this is also located right in the heart of Málaga, a five-minute walk from CLIC. It was clean and tidy, with a beautiful rooftop terrace, and the communal areas were also fine. I had a pleasant time there. (The only downside: the muzak that warbled away nearby every day.)
