Educators cannot delete reviews. Reviews stay on the record unless they violate our content policy, or a legal request such as GDPR requires removal or anonymisation.
Anyone can flag. If a review violates guidelines, anyone can report it. Our team investigates every report.
Frequently asked questions
Can educators remove negative reviews?
No. Educators can respond publicly and report reviews that violate guidelines, but they cannot remove or hide reviews. Our admin team reviews all reports independently.
Do I need an account to leave a review?
No. You just need an email address. We verify it with a one-time code. No account, no password, no login required. You can manage all your reviews later through our reviewer portal.
What exactly is the Educator Score?
The Educator Score is a weighted average of all verified reviews, where more recent reviews carry greater weight. This means the score always reflects the educator's current performance.
Can I update my review after submitting?
Yes. Visit the reviewer portal, verify your email, and edit any of your reviews. Edited reviews go through moderation again to ensure quality.
Where do Google reviews fit in?
Educators can connect their Google Business profile. We import those reviews automatically and clearly label them as "Google" sourced. The Educator Score can show platform reviews, Google reviews, or a combined view.
